<p>For the 23 1-bedroom units reported as SOLD at the <strong>Reservoir Lofts</strong> in MLS through June 18, 2010, the average sale price is $313,159.</p>
<p>For the 12 two-bedroom units reported as SOLD at the <strong>Reservoir Lofts</strong> in MLS through March 31, 2010, the average sale price is $436,458.</p>
<p>In addition to being close to the Fresh Pond Reservoir, the <strong>Reservoir Lofts</strong> are also conveniently close to Trader Joe&#8217;s and Whole Foods and the Fresh Pond 10 Movie Theatre.
