Built in 1999, 59 Kinnaird is one of three residences in the association. All units are owner-occupied.

Just inside the front door is a spacious entry foyer with a coat closet and a door affording direct access to the two-car (tandem parking) garage. It is unusual in Cambridge to find a residence with direct access from the home to the garage; it also rare to find garage parking for two cars. This is a real plus at this address.
