In 2009, I was awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists.
Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the credential. Only a handful of Realtors in Cambridge, MA have the CRS designation.
Home buyers and sellers can be assured that a CRS designee subscribes to the Realtor Code of Ethics, has access to the latest technology, and is a specialist in maximizing profits and minimizing costs when buying or selling a home.
