It is reported to feature 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 628 square feet of living area. There is one outdoor parking space assigned to the unit. The location of the unit is close to the common laundry room and patio area. I had a chance to visit the residence.

In March 2919 a top floor unit is reported to have SIOLD for $315,000. This is a sunny top floor unit nicely renovated by the current owner. Highlights include the dining room with French doors opening onto a private deck with a view of Cambridge City Hall. The kitchen is charming and exceptionally well laid out. It’s nice, too, to find a window and a linen closet in the renovated bathroom. High ceilings here make for a nice feeling, as does the over-sized mirror in the living room, which really opens up the space. The residence feels larger than the reported 690 square feet. By the measure of most, this residence has the feeling of a classic pied-a-terre.
