The orange-colored building takes its name from being located on the site of a former candy factory. The 20+ units here all feature exceptional ceiling height, with exposed beams and open plans. Some have private decks and there is also a common patio. There is both garage and outdoor parking. There is no elevator in the three-story building.</p>
<p>Most recently a first floor unit sold in the building for $309,750<strong>. </strong>This first floor residence is located in the rear corner of the building. It is reported to feature 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 628 square feet of living area. There is one outdoor parking space assigned to the unit. The location of the unit is close to the common laundry room and patio area. I had a chance to visit the residence.</p>
